I’m Justin, a Treasure Valley–based technician and Army veteran (25F/25U – communications & IT) with 25+ years in the field. I started my career keeping tactical networks online during deployments to Iraq, later supported systems as a contractor in Afghanistan, and have since worked for large enterprises like Hewlett-Packard and NTT. These days, I handle the computer work most people don’t want to mess with: cleanup, reinstall, Windows upgrades, and basic troubleshooting – right in your home.
